Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?  

The shipping cost might vary depending on the shipping destination and the policy of the store such as the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total cost. 

Where do we ship?  

We ship worldwide. 

If for some reason your country does not come up at checkout or doesn’t give you a shipping estimate, please contact us to have this rectified by sending an email to admin@shecustomdesigns.com

When will I receive my order?

Delivery = Production + Shipping Time.

Our merchandise are produced and shipped from our various fulfillment facilities within 7-10 business days after purchase. Processing times vary depending on the item and time of year. This information is included in the individual product description. As well as throughout our website, and at checkout, during the year.

Standard shipping/transit times usually takes 5-10 business days for domestic and 15-20 business days for international. However, due to the COVID 19 pandemic and extremely high order demand, carrier services might need additional 10-15 business days to ship packages anywhere. Once an item leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the time it would take to arrive at its destination. 

We advise our customers that need items for a specific date, to order at least 3 weeks in advance, in order to avoid shipping carrier delays which are beyond our control. 

You may also opt for a faster mailing service, which does not change the processing time, but would ship and arrive quicker than standard mail. If you require upgraded shipping that is not on the checkout page, please contact us via email before placing your order. You will be responsible for paying the difference in shipping fees.

These processing times are normally extended during October-January.

PROCESSING DELAYS - MUST READ THIS:

If you order multiple items, some items may ship separately. Due to increasing demands and current manufacturer supply issues, we are experiencing shortages in some product SKUs.

However, we would process and ship the items that are in stock. Temporary out of stock items will be fulfilled as stock becomes available, or refunded once restock is not guaranteed within 1-2 business days from date of order. We would inform you via Email or SMS of any challenges or about out of stock items.

Can orders be delivered to multiple addresses?  

No. We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately. 

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?  

Yes, we do support shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. 

Will I be charged VAT/Taxes?  

We collect a sales tax on all orders shipping to the State of Wyoming, USA. Therefore, we do not charge the customer an out-of-state sales tax.

We do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes) and items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.  Depending on the country, the postal package may incur local customs or VAT charges. 

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

What shipping providers do you use? 

We mainly use: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post and Adendia.

Stolen Packages

STOLEN PACKAGES ARE BECOMING MORE COMMON. Please track all packages by signing up for alerts. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the relevant shipping provider (USPS, UPS etc) to file a claim. In cases of possible stolen packages, you should also consider a police report.
WE WILL NOT REPLACE any order that is marked "Delivered". Please file a claim with the shipping carrier or file a police report.
We suggest investing in front door cameras to help protect yourself from this situation.

Lost Packages

We understand that shipping carriers make mistakes at times and we will do everything we can to help track down your order. However, the most we can do on our end in these situations, is to sign up for alerts for your packages and file a missing package claim. We ask that you take these actions on your own in the first instance, due to the time it may take us to attend to your issue. We would also do our best to follow up on the matter.
